Well hi there! It has been a while since we posted and about 7 months since our last release. Happy 2023!! Man that sounds crazy!! When I was younger even thinking about year 2023 sounded space age but here we are! Time flies!
We have a lot of catching up to do so this post will be a little longer than unsual. So to make a long story short I've been dealing with some medical issues and we've also had some production challenges which have delayed us releasing any new music. But we are extremely excited to have released a Southern Rock anthem today!! "Southern to the Bone" is a guitar driven, rocking track produced by the guys at TuneDesigner. This was one of their pre-made tracks they sell and when I heard it I had to have it and well, the lyrics and melody just flowed. It's like the song knew what it was supposed to be! We are already getting great feedback about it.
We had planned on releasing an EP titled Real Thing in January but because of the productions issues we've decided to possibly just release singles from now on. In the near future we are hoping to release our funk song "Alright" and an inspirational but haunting song with a tribal vibe called "I Hear You Callin".
Even though we've been quiet, a lot has been happening behind the scenes. Our song "You're Gonna Miss Me" won two international songwriting awards last year and we are so honored for those recognitions. Also blessed to report that "Remember You" was #1 on two indie station charts. You can read more about these highlights on our News page on the site.
