Looking Back & Moving Forward

On this blistering cold day I sit here and reflect on 2021 and all the things that my family and I and many others that I know have endured during the past year. But I also can't forget to give thanks for all the good things that 2021 brought - weddings, babies, birthdays, precious memories and chances to learn new things. I pray that 2022 finds each and everyone of us, including you that are reading this, in a better place spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially. I am very happy to report that since our first album release in late August 2021, Lyn_Sey has had many blessings. Some of our songs are being played on indie radio stations/podcasts, blogs and featured on some playlists. We just released our new jazz fusion single, You're Gonna Miss Me. Since its release two weeks ago the video on You Tube has topped over 1500 views. Two of our songs have over 12,000 streams on Spotify and a third is on its way as well. For some artists this would just be a small drop in a bucket but for us it is huge. We can't say thank you enough to all the DJs, curators, bloggers, podcast hosts, promoters (gotta give a shout out here to Jacqueline Jax and AVA Live), fellow artists and industry folks, friends and family that have and continue to support us. 2022 is gonna be a big year for us with plans for a lot of new songs coming to you. We will be releasing our first praise and worship song in the next month. We are also currently working on our first studio recorded country album. We can't say enough good stuff about TuneDesigner. These guys are awesome and we highly recommend them. We hope to release this album in late spring or early summer. Then sometimes late summer or early fall we would love to release a mini album with Christian and positive songs. One of them which is a funk song called Alright that will have you movin' and groovin'. And lastly we would also love to do a mini Christmas album. That's a lot of songs to work on but we're praying we can make it all happen so stayed tuned! Blessings and much love, Sis
